Adrian and Denise Perez founded Cosmic Empanadas in 2023 with a vision to share their Cuban American roots through bold, imaginative flavors. As second-generation Cuban Americans, their mission is to honor tradition while launching it into a new dimension, blending classic recipes with a cosmic twist.
